Built for distributors and manufacturers

One job from your desk, done by AI.
In 4 weeks.

The AI Sprint: Pete coaches one person 1-on-1, every week, until one real workflow from their own job runs on AI. On the Sales track a rep's 25 calls a week are prepared in 5 minutes each by the fourth week, in writing. 25 years inside chemical distribution.

Sound familiar?

If one of these sounds like you, we should talk.

Everyone's talking AI. You haven't started.

Our competitors are already announcing pilots.

The board is asking and customers are asking, and nobody inside has the time or a plan to start. Every quarter you wait, the gap widens.

You're paying for AI nobody uses.

We bought the licenses. They sit there.

The subscriptions are live and the team still works the way it did last year. The money goes out every month and the hours never come back.

Manual work is eating your margin.

Every new customer feels like a fire drill.

Rekeyed orders, spreadsheet reports, and quotes built by hand. Every month that work stays manual is payroll spent on work a machine should be doing.

How we work

See where you stand. Then put AI to work.

3 steps, in order. Most companies start with the assessment.

  1. A.I.RTM Assessment

A scored look at your data, tech, process, people, governance, and strategy, so you know where to start before you spend.

    See the A.I.RTM Framework

  2. AI Workshop

A half day hands on session built around your business, run on our sample data so none of your files move. In the last hour each person writes down one workflow from their own job and the hours a week it takes, and the room sees its own number on the whiteboard. One fee covers the session, the setup for everyone, the 3 demos your team picks and a 10 day check in against that board. You build the quote yourself on a private page.

We run our company on a virtual staff of 60.

Each agent has a name, a job description, and a human sign-off. It's how the work gets done here. For clients it's a monthly subscription: we build your staff, coach your people on directing them, and maintain them with you. We open a few spots at a time, so there's a waitlist.

When asking AI to extract data from SDS documents, you need to explicitly tell it that NOT STATED is an acceptable answer. Without that instruction, Claude will fill gaps with plausible guesses. A single sentence directing it not to infer prevents false data from contaminating your results.

Get it to name every sheet and cell so you can verify the answers yourself. You

AI summaries are just a starting point.
