The content on this website, including descriptions of services, service tiers, packages, deliverables, frameworks, and any pricing or figures, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is intended to explain how Real Data Solutions works and what an engagement may involve. Nothing on this website is an offer, a quote, a proposal, or a binding commitment, and nothing on this website creates a contract or a client relationship.

Every engagement with Real Data Solutions is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by both Real Data Solutions and the client. That signed agreement sets out the actual scope of services, deliverables, fees, payment terms, timing, and all other terms of the engagement. Where any statement on this website conflicts with or differs from a signed agreement, the terms of the signed agreement control.

Real Data Solutions may change, update, or remove any content on this website at any time and without notice. Real Data Solutions makes no representation or warranty that any service, tier, package, or figure described here will be available, offered, or priced as shown at the time of an engagement.

The Sprint Guarantee

The Sprint Guarantee applies to each AI Sprint seat (Own^TM, Share^TM or Deploy^TM) purchased under a signed engagement agreement with Real Data Solutions. It works as follows.

• The participant states the seat's goals in writing, on the quote request or by the end of the seat's first week, and Real Data Solutions and the client confirm in writing how each goal will be measured. Whether the goals are reached is judged only against those written goals. If no goals are confirmed in writing by the end of the seat's second week, the guarantee does not apply to that seat.
• If the participant attends every scheduled session and completes each week's build, and the goals are not reached by the seat's last scheduled session, as set in the engagement agreement, Real Data Solutions will continue weekly coaching at no additional charge until they are reached, for up to 4 additional weeks.
• A session rescheduled with at least 24 hours' written notice and held within the seat's schedule counts as attended. Sessions the client reschedules, and delays caused by the client, including delays in access to systems, data, licenses or IT support, extend these dates by the same amount of time.
• Additional coaching is the only remedy under the guarantee. It does not provide a refund, credit, discount or transfer to another level or participant, does not change the scope of the seat, and does not promise any result in revenue, cost savings or other business outcomes.
• Where a signed agreement states the guarantee differently, the signed agreement controls.

This website and its content are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
