A.I.RTM Assessment
An online assessment that scores your readiness across 6 pillars and names the areas to fix first. Most companies start here.
The A.I.RTM Assessment tells you where you stand on AI and where to start. The AI Sprint puts it to work, one person at a time, with the dollar value agreed up front and measured at the end. Most clients start with the assessment. Pricing is a conversation.
A.I.RTM Framework · AI Readiness
A.I.RTM stands for AI Readiness. A scored look at your data, tech, process, people, governance, and strategy, so you know where to start before you spend.

AI Workshop · Training
The Hands-On AI Workshop is a half day working session, customized to how your company runs. One fee covers the session, the setup, the last hour and the 10 day check in, and you build your own quote: pick the demos your team will see and choose on site or virtual.
Every workshop opens with the AI overview and the AI Orchestra, our framework for which tool to use for each kind of work. Then your team sees the 3 demos you picked, run live on sample data shaped like your business. In the last hour each person writes down one workflow from their own job and the hours a week it takes, and the room sees its own number on the whiteboard. Everyone leaves with that one job picked out and started.
You build your own quote on a private page: pick the demos, choose on site or virtual, and see the total before you send a request.
The AI Sprint · OwnTM. ShareTM. DeployTM.
Each sprint takes one named workflow in one named person's job and has it done by a set date, with our guarantee behind it. We take the workflow off the workshop board, or we write it down with you in week 1, along with the hours it takes each week today and how we will both measure it at the end. Pete Messina coaches each person 1-on-1, and each person builds it themselves.
Three levels carry that workflow from one person to the whole floor. The OwnTM level puts it to work in one person's job. The ShareTM level has their manager spread it to everyone on the team, with a written way to run it. The DeployTM level runs it every night for the whole floor with your IT team, without anyone starting it, and leaves the company with the setup for the next workflow. Each level proves the case for the next.
Every seat ends with 3 things in hand: the workflow running in the job, a before and after in writing, and a one page "how I do it" so the work keeps going when someone is out of the office for a week. Sales call prep is the first track: a rep's 25 calls a week, each prepared in 5 minutes. Purchasing and Customer Service tracks are built the same way, each with a named role, a named workflow, a number and the guarantee. Your proposal shows the timing for each seat, and we set the scope with you in the engagement agreement.
One workflow from their own job, running
That workflow running for the whole team
The same workflow, running overnight for the whole floor
On the Sales track: their 25 calls a week prepared in 5 minutes each, on their own keyboard, every morning, by the fourth week, in writing.
On the Sales track: the sales manager has every rep on the team running the call prep, with a written way to run it, and the team's before and after in writing.
On the Sales track: every rep's calls are prepared every night without anyone starting it, and the company has the setup for the next workflow.
One person has one workflow from their own job that AI should be doing for them. On the Sales track, it is a rep's own calls.
A working workflow should reach the whole team, and the manager will carry it there.
The workflow should run on its own for everyone on the floor, and your IT team will own it.
One person and one workflow. On the Sales track, a sales rep. Owners and executives take an OwnTM seat too, on a workflow of their own.
The manager of the team. On the Sales track, the sales manager.
Your IT lead, with the owner. On the Sales track, the person who will run it for the whole sales floor.

Which level fits?
Answer for the work one person will take on. The level follows how far that work reaches.
Your starting level
We confirm the level with you on the call before anything is signed.
Virtual Staff · Waitlist open
AI agents with names, job descriptions, and a human sign-off, on a monthly subscription. We coach your people on directing them and keep the agents current month to month. We open a few spots at a time, so there's a waitlist.
What we work on
Your systems hold years of orders, quotes, and pricing that nobody looks at. We put AI to work on that data where it sits. No replacement project, no migration, no waiting on IT. Useful answers in the first week.
Outcome: Answers in minutes, hours of manual work gone
AI working on your sales data: briefs before every call, wallet share analysis, prospecting research, and product expansion by account. Your sales team learns to build and run these tools themselves.
Outcome: More doors opened, more margin captured
Training, internal champions, guardrails, and agents your team runs on their own. We get AI into the daily work in weeks and it stays there after we leave the room.
Outcome: AI as part of how the company works, in weeks
